Here in the Parks & Recreation Office we try to
provide something for everyone. Our goal is to meet
the recreation and leisure needs of the members of
the Marcellus community… from youth to seniors.
And we believe that meeting these needs involves
feedback from the community. We welcome
questions, comments, and ideas for our current
programming or new activities.
We will do our best to follow through and to continue making
Marcellus a great place to live and play! ~

Winter Recess Field Trips 2012
Looking for something to keep you busy over February break?
Marcellus Parks and Recreation Department has some field trips
planned for you and your friends. All trips will leave from (and return to)
the back of The Driver Middle School, near the clock. Please send or
bring cash or check payment (made to the Town of Marcellus) to the
Recreation Office by Friday, February 17, 2012. Trips fill up fast, so
don’t wait to register we can only take a limited number!
Snow Tubing at Four Season’s

Grades: 3-7
No snow? No problem! Four Season’s makes their own so come and
enjoy snow tubing, rather than walking back up the hill why not hop on
the conveyor that will whisk you back to the top. Dress to be warm and
bring a lunch or money for the snack bar.

Laser Tag at The Fun Warehouse in Fairmount

Grades 3-7
Grab your friends and enjoy unlimited games of Laser Tag at the fun
Warehouse in Fairmount. Be sure to bring extra money for arcade
games in between games and a bag lunch or snack. The fun
warehouse has soda, water and candy only to purchase.

Westside Gymnastics

Grades 1-5
Come try some basic and fun gymnastics skills that will be challenging
and enjoyable. Activities can include relay races, pit races, parachute fun,
obstacle course and the trampoline. This trip includes one slice of pizza
and a drink.
