2. What is a re-subdivision?
Alteration of the size, shape, quantity or orientation of lots, lot lines, right of ways
or other elements which are contained within subdivision maps or affect
elements resulting from a previous subdivision process.

3. What is required to apply for a subdivision or re-subdivision?
The following must be submitted 15 days prior to the Planning Board meeting:
a. Completed application
b. Application fee - $200.00 plus $30.00 per lot (additional fees may be applicable)
c. Preliminary Subdivision Plat
d. Copy of the deed
e. Completed SEQR form
f. Completed agricultural data form

4. How many preliminary plat and final plats must be submitted?
Twelve (12) plats (stamped by a licensed surveyor) must be submitted to the Planning Board.

5. Where and when are the Planning Board meetings held?
The Planning Board meets the first Monday of each month at the Marcellus Town Hall.
The meetings start at 7:00pm.
