Town Justice is an elected position. The term of service
is four years with the next election being in 2011.
Court is open to the public.
For those wishing to observe the Town Court in session:
Court is held on the first four Tuesdays of each month
at 6:30 p.m. except that in May, June, July & August
court is on the first & third Tuesdays and the second &
fourth Wednesdays.
Judge Dwyer presides on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays.
Judge Reagan Dailey presides on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays.
