It is the mission of this Code Enforcement Office
to work in
partnership with the people of the Town & Village of Marcellus to promote
and maintain a safe and desirable living and working environment.
Assisting building permit applicants
Answering building department related questions
Scheduling building inspections
Processing related paperwork

* Wetland Regulations
* Flood Plain Regulations
* Storm Water Management
* Local Laws including the "Litter Law"
Issuance of Burn Permits and performance of
related inspections
Enforcement of the New York State
Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code:
